Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your course enrollment or subscription with Mission Hackers and what happens when you do.
2. Course Enrollment Cancellation
Within 7 Days of Purchase
You may cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund if:
- Less than 30% of course content has been accessed
- No certificates have been downloaded
- Course materials have not been downloaded
After 7 Days
After the 7-day period, course enrollments cannot be canceled for a refund. However, you will retain lifetime access to the course content (unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase).
3. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and going to Account Settings
- Selecting "Subscription Management"
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
- Or contacting support@lmsapp.com
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to subscription benefits until that date.
- Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current month
- Annual subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the annual period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day period
4. Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next billing period:
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date
- You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal
- Once renewed, the new billing period is subject to the standard cancellation policy
5. What Happens After Cancellation
Subscription Benefits
- Access to subscription-only courses will end at the billing period's end
- Downloaded materials may remain accessible depending on the course terms
- In-progress certificates can be completed before access ends
- Your account and profile information remain saved
Course Purchases
Canceling a subscription does not affect individually purchased courses. You will retain access to any courses you bought separately.
6. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time:
- Log into your account and resubscribe
- Previous subscription rates may not apply if pricing has changed
- Your course progress and history will be preserved
- Special promotional rates may not be available for reactivation
7. Cancellation by Mission Hackers
We reserve the right to cancel your enrollment or subscription if:
- Terms of Service are violated
- Payment method fails or is declined
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Account sharing or unauthorized use is identified
In such cases, refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
8. Course Discontinuation
If we discontinue a course you have enrolled in:
- We will provide 30 days advance notice when possible
- You may receive access to replacement or similar courses
- Partial refunds may be offered based on time remaining
- You will be able to download available materials before discontinuation
9. Payment Failures
If your recurring payment fails:
- We will attempt to process payment up to 3 times
- You will receive email notifications of failed payments
- Your subscription will be suspended after 3 failed attempts
- You have 7 days to update payment information before cancellation
- After cancellation, you can resubscribe to restore access
10. Promotional Offers
Special terms may apply to promotional subscriptions:
- Trial periods may have specific cancellation requirements
- Discounted rates may only apply to the initial term
- Cancellation and refund terms will be clearly stated at purchase
- Some promotions may be non-refundable
11. Enterprise and Group Plans
Enterprise and group subscriptions have separate cancellation terms:
- Contact your account manager for cancellation
- Minimum contract periods may apply
- Early termination fees may be charged
- Individual users within groups cannot cancel separately
12. Data and Privacy
Upon cancellation:
- Your personal information remains protected per our Privacy Policy
- You can request account deletion separately
- Course progress and certificates remain in your account
- We may retain certain data as required by law
