2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for most of our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have consumed less than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
- The course was not purchased at a discounted or promotional price (unless otherwise stated)
- You have not previously received a refund for the same course
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues that prevent course access and cannot be resolved
- Course content significantly differs from the description
- Duplicate purchase of the same course
- Accidental purchase with immediate notification
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
- More than 30% of course content has been consumed
- Downloadable resources have been accessed or downloaded
- Certificate of completion has been issued
- Bundle or subscription purchases (unless all courses in the bundle are eligible)
- Courses purchased during special promotions (unless specified otherwise)
- Change of mind after completing significant portions of the course
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Clearly state the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or documentation
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond with a decision.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
6. Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are prorated based on unused time if canceled within 7 days
- Annual subscriptions: Eligible for full refund if canceled within 7 days and less than 30% of content accessed
- After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions can be canceled but are non-refundable
- Canceled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
7. Bundle and Package Refunds

- Partial refunds not available for individual courses within a bundle
- If one or more courses have been accessed, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable
8. Promotional and Discounted Courses
